Meet your guide and driver at the hotel.

Your guide will start the day of exploring with a lovely introduction to the local culture and history with a short drive towards the city center along a stunning scenic road. On the way we will make stops at such symbols of the state as the fairy-tale born Little Mermaid and by a palace the Danish Royal Family calls home, the Amalienborg Castle.

We will then continue with such famous highlights, as the inspiring Tivoli Gardens and the Town Hall Square. Surrounded by a variety of architectural masterpieces we make our way towards Christiansborg Palace on a small island just off the main street of the city. It is also the only building in the world that houses all three of a country's branches of government - the Parliament, Prime Ministers Offices and Supreme Court.

Leaving behind the impressive palace ensemble, we find ourselves enjoying one of the most animated locations in Copenhagen - the Stroget pedestrian street. Locals and visitors alike adore this inviting setting often described as the backbone of the capital city. After yards of boutiques, cafés and a medley of buildings, we arrive on the open public square of Kongens Nytorv. Just a stone´s throw away from here is the entertainment district built around the 17th century canals of Nyhavn. It is known as the new harbor area in Copenhagen and it never seizes to impress with elegant boats and vibrantly colored townhouses lining the streets. One could say that the contradictory past of Nyhavn has earned the area an honorable title of the heritage harbor it enjoys today.

We will also reserve some free time for individual exploring and a quality coffee break in the itinerary to give you a gratifying experience of the city of Copenhagen before heading back to your hotel.
