MS Kronshtadt
Motorship «Kronshtadt» is a comfortable four-deck vessel (type 301). Built in Germany in 1979 and refurbished in 2017, the motorship is equipped with modern navigational facilities and exceeds the speed of 26 km per hour.

In winter 2017, the 125 m long M/S Kronstadt will be renovated. The modern decor in bright and friendly colors and the spacious ambience characterizes the ship type "nico modern", which also includes the M/S Kronstadt. There is enough space on the five decks for up to 212 passengers to discover the vastness of Russia in a particularly comfortable way. It also has on-board facilities, such as the library, a beauty salon, a solarium and much more. The language on board is German, the currency is Russian rubles.
Life on Board
The atmosphere is cozy, warm and familiar, as on all nicko cruises ships. The modernly decorated ship is a particularly comfortable combination of hotel and transport on the river. Couples in particular appreciate the decelerated life on board while the landscape of Russia passes by. During the shore excursions, German-speaking tour guides convey exciting knowledge about regional culture, nature and beautiful cities. Shore excursions booked on board can only be paid by EC or credit card. The on-board bill for drinks can also be paid in rubles at the end of the trip.
Staterooms
With the exception of the cabins on the lower deck (non-openable portholes), all outside cabins on board have large panoramic windows that can be opened. The size of the cabins aboard the M/S Kronstadt is between 7 -10 m² and 13.5 m² (Deluxe cabin main deck) and have single beds. The slightly larger Deluxe cabins on the upper deck (about 15.5 m²) have a double bed, which can also be separated. All cabins have a bathroom (shower / toilet), individually controlled air conditioning / heating, mini fridge, built-in closet, on-board radio, safe and TV. There are also six suites offering a total of 28 m² with a separate living and sleeping area.
Food and Beverages
In the cozy restaurant, the crew spoils you with exquisite, local and international specialties. In the panoramic bar you can round off the evening with a drink and interesting conversations.
Entertainment, Sports and Relaxation
During the day, guests will discover the interesting cities or review their previous experiences while admiring the impressive russian landscape from the sundeck. The evening program includes various theme nights as well as live music and dance evenings in the disco bar. The on-board library offers novels and nonfiction with interesting topics. For the dear ones staying at home you will certainly find a nice souvenir in the souvenir shop. For a special treat, massages are offered in the beauty salon at an additional cost.

2 room cabin with separate bedroom and lounge area, around 30 square meters, equipped with private bathroom with significant increase of its size, heating and ventilation system, 220 volt sockets, radio, 4 large opening scenic windows.
