Make your own way by metro to meet the apartment host. The host will pick you up right after you come out of the metro to accompany you to her private apartment to start the cooking class.
Hosted by a professional chef in a private apartment in a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere, this cooking class will teach you to make Blini (Russian thin pancakes, a popular tzar's dish from the Maslenitsa (Russian Spring carnival), which are a traditional Russian dish and "Shchi" - traditional Russian white cabbage soup.
Pick up a few Russian phrases from your host and feel closer to Russian culture.
All the dishes that you are going to learn are based on the most renowned Russian recipes, always using the freshest seasonal ingredients.
The cooking class is limited to a maximum of 4 participants so that you can ensure that you receive a unique personal experience from the Chef.
With soft drinks to accompany your meal, enjoy eating your own hand-made blinis and soup, asking your host any questions you might have about life in Russia. Don't forget to take note of the recipe for this authentic dish!
At the end of your experience, your host will accompany you to the nearest subway station. Alternatively, if you prefer she can help you order a taxi back to the city (own expense approx. 20-30 US$ per car for 1-4 persons).
