We have returned from an exciting tour of Russia and I felt I had to congratulate you on a perfect holiday experience. We booked a private tour and the tour went like clockwork. At every destination our guide and driver were waiting for us. We found the organisation excellent and efficient. All the guides were excellent. They were all interesting and helpful and keen to serve our needs. So thanks for a wonderful time. We are recommending you to our friends!

I wanted to provide some comments about our tour and the national escort. We had a wonderful holiday which was superbly organised by the company. We can only applaud you for putting together a 7 day trip that had all the best places to see and was so well organised in terms of the transport, the hotels, the restaurants etc. Our national escort Anna really made the holiday. She was friendly, helpful, assertive, knowledgeable and just had the right approach - I would give her 10 out of 10. We have been on tours in Europe with Page and Moy, Travel Editions and Travelsphere and thought that UVisitRussia could not better these companies. However you did - nothing could be faulted. I would recommend UVisitRussia to anyone else planning a holiday to Russia!

I am writing to record my appreciation for the excellent job which our guide did on our recent holiday to Russia. She was exceptional. A real asset to your organisation. She displayed an excellent command of English; a good sense of humour; huge national and local knowledge; an impressive ability to help the group get together and she was consistently thoughtful and attentive throughhout the 21 days. He worked so hard, I cannot praise him highly enough. We will certainly consider UVisitRussia again as our experience was excellent all round - it was a packed trip and I believe it represented good value for money.

Whilst the planned itinery ensured that we saw some of most breathtaking landmarks and scenery of Russia, this holiday really would not have been the same without Elena, our excellent Guide. His genuine care for the welfare of people on our tour, sheer hard work, infectious enthusiasm for the country he loves and impish sense of humour made a significant contribution to our enjoyment.
