Having returned and come down to earth, we wanted to drop you a line thanking UVisitRussia and the staff for a wonderful holiday. We must congratulate you in London for the smooth running of organising our trip including visas and answers to our queries when we contacted prior to starting the trip. Once we arrived in Moscow we realised that the friendly and efficient way we were met was a good omen. We cannot praise all your local guides too highly - their English was excellent, they had a sense of humour and their local knowledge gave us a great insight into the area we were in. The organisation of the various modes of transport was meticulous, the hotels were of a good standard, and the river cruise in Saint-Petersburg was excellent, the itinerary of places to see was wide and various and made for a great experience. Our national escort was so attentive, helpful and really nothing was too much trouble. He is a great asset to your organisation, he really did make our holiday very special. We certainly enjoyed the wide range of local dishes and the restaurants which served them, the shows we went to were very entertaining, and the various outlets like the silk works, jade factory were very good and interesting. In all, it was a wonderful holiday and we thank you all for making it a experience we will never forget, it is such a fantastic country, with memories we will treasure for the rest of our lives.

I would like to thank for one of the best holidays I have ever been on and also for theTour guide Katerina who accompanied us on the tour. She went out of this way to ensure that our holiday was so special. Her knowledge of the history of her country was exceptional and he made every journey and trip very interesting. Both holiday and guide were extremely excellent. Also we enjoyed the Opera of the Bolshoi very much, had wonderful seats and great music... Next time we shall book the tour throu your company again.

I recently travelled with my daughter on your tour, The Best of two capitals. It was an amazing experience and one that will be in my memory for a long time. I have nothing but praise for the entire holiday. Everything was so well organised and special. Our tour guide Anton could not have done another thing for us - he thought of everything. What a gem he is! His knowledge of Russia was second to none. In my opinion he is a wonderful dedicated ambassador for your company and your country. He meticulously thought of everything in advance and ensured that every visit to either a show / restaurant / airport / hotel / sightseeing / cruise ran smoothly. My wife and I have recently returned from an amazing holiday organised by your company. It has been a real adventure and an experience we will never forget. From start to finish it was marvellous. We flew to Moscow to start the Best of two capitals tour, what a treat awaited us. Our whole experience in Russia was amazing, we had an outstanding national guide Olga who was very informative and her organisation was first class. The organisation from start to finish was outstanding, your offices and support lines were very helpful in sorting things out for our stay in Moscow and Saint-Petersburg, everything went wonderfull. When we arrived in Russia we were met by the guide Olga who told us that we were her family for the duration of our stay in Russia. We can assure you that she could not have looked after us better if we were her family! We have travelled world wide but without doubt this young woman is outstanding and truly made our tour through Russia the amazing experience it was. We saw many things throughout our trip and would congratulate you on the balance of the tour. We felt that we saw a cross section of all the countries we visited, we saw all the main attractions as well as some rural village life. The ballet and opera shows, both inclusive and optional were very good. The ballet evening in Saint-Petersburg was the highlight of our 1st visit to Russia and we will never forget how wonderful it all was. Hoping to return one day!

My wife and I have just completed one of the best holidays ever, "The Best of two Capitals" The whole tour has been one of superb organisation, great sights and a great experience with excellent guides, in particular our national escort who we shall miss. She was polite and totally dedicated in ensuring each and everyone of us had the most perfect holiday. For "UVisitRussia" and the team who managed us from booking to fruition, we thank you all for such a memorable holiday. It has not been the easiest of tasks organising our trip from Spain, but with your co-operation and assistance it worked for us. Everything but everything was true to the brochure and more. Hotels, transport and the cruise were to the highest standards available. We are left with a kaleidoscope of colourful memories for which no camera could portray about our visit to Russia!
